Vote for Your Prospect Heights Neighbors in NYC's Tree Bed Contest

Help Washington Ave. merchants and the Carlton Avenue Menagerie win fame, fortune and a Home Depot gift card.

 

Has anyone noticed the more than two dozen tree beds that have been planted with flowers this year? They've certainly made a difference in the neighborhood, and now there's a way to give thanks to the people who made it happen.

So far Prospect Heights has three entrees and you can vote for one of them each day until August 20. (Vote Here

The first is the Carlton Avenue Menagerie, for many a young Prospect Heighter.

The second, under the category of best group effort, are the . 

And finally, a strong contender for the most beautiful title (or best use of color) is the gorgeous tree bed outside God Is Restaurant on Washington Avenue.

Know a tree bed that should be entered? You can still add it to the contest by uploading a photo of it until Friday, August 3.  

The winner in each category gets a Home Depot gift card plus a plaque for their tree bed that says the category they’ve won, and some  MillionTreesNYC merchandise. The winners will also be recognized at a ceremony in Central Park.
