So now it's a head-to-head contest between Assemblyman Hakeem Jeffries and longtime Councilman Charles Barron for the 8th Congressional District, which includes Fort Greene, Bed-Stuy and Prospect Heights (North of Dean Street from Flatbush to Vanderbilt and North of St. Marks Avenue East of Vanderbilt).
