Poll: Grand Army Plaza's New Traffic Light
Installed over the summer, the new light was supposed to ease the chaos.
As part of the , the city installed a traffic light.
The goal was to help people make their way from Flatbush Avenue to Eastern Parkway or from Vanderbilt to Prospect Park West without having to jockey across four lanes of traffic.
