Men Nabbed in Soda Bar Burglary

Two men were charged with stealing cash and a camera from a Vanderbilt Avenue bar Saturday night.
A worker at said that the two men, aged 30 and 31, went into the basement, took a wad of $151 in singles and a $150 digital camera and ran off. The report did not detail how the men were caught.

The burglary took place at 629 Vanderbilt Ave. between St. Marks and Prospect on Saturday, Feb. 4 at 9:35 p.m., according to the report.
Massage Parlor Cheated
A man received a full body massage at a Vanderbilt Avenue massage parlor but left without paying the $85 fee.
The incident took place at , 653 Vanderbilt Ave. bet. Prospect and Park places, on Tuesday Jan. 31 at 7:50 p.m.
Mid-Afternoon Car Theft
A 48-year-old man reported his 2000 Ford Crown Victoria stolen Thursday afternoon, Feb. 2. The man left the car on the street on Eastern Parkway between Franklin and Bedford avenues at 2 p.m. on Feb 2. When he returned at 4:30 p.m., the car was missing.
