Last Chance: P.S. 9 Movie Night

Friday night is the last film fundraiser of the year; Zumba Class and concert fundraisers also this weekend.

Tomorrow night is your last chance to support  this year simply by seeing a movie.

Tim Burton's critically acclaimed "," will be shown at the school's last movie night fundraiser of the year.

The 90-minute, PG-rated film tells the story of a boy and his lost bike. Roger Ebert said the film contained a "fairytale universe as consistent and as fascinating as Alice In Wonderland or the world of the Hobbits in The Lord of the Rings," according to the P.S. 9 website.

The film will be shown at P.S. 9's auditorium, 80 Underhill Ave. between St. Marks and Bergen, at 6 p.m. $5 per person donation which includes a bag of popcorn.
