Monday, January 30

 Each week Annie Nieves will lead the group in an art project that promotes creativity and experimentation. The class also includes some independent play and concludes with music and a sing-a-long. Sea Lion Feeding This daily event features the Prospect Park Zoo sea lions showing off their dives, catching fish mid-air and other tricks. , 450 Flatbush Avenue, 11:30 a.m., 2 p.m., and 4 p.m., Free with zoo admission of $8 adults, $5 kids 3-12.

Prospect Park Lefferts House Events Today this historic house has Second Floor Tours (1-3:30 on the half hour) and Handiwork: Tasks and Crafts from the Past (2:30-3:30 p.m.). Lefferts Historic House at Prospect Park (Use entrance at Flatbush and Ocean Avenues),  Free.

There are more than 250 species of birds in Prospect Park. See some of them at this weekly event that is engaging for both older children and adults. The Audubon Center at the Boathouse (just inside the Lincoln Road/Ocean Ave. entrance to Prospect Park), 12-1:30 p.m., Free.
