Share Your Announcements and Events on Prospect Heights Patch!

Are you offering a class? Planning a block party? Looking for volunteers? Have a baby or get engaged? Spread the word by posting it on our neighborhood news site.

Attention readers and local business owners: Did you know you can post announcements and events straight to Prospect Heights Patch for free?

What kind of things might qualify, you ask? Just about everything:

Birth announcements? Yes!

Want to thank a volunteer? Check!

Block parties? You betcha!

Community meeting? Yes, please.

Upcoming school fundraiser? Of course!

Lost pet or found item? Yup

Need a roommate for your gorgeous Prospect Heights abode? Step right up!

New art exhibit or music showcase? Absolutely!

Planning a Rally for your favorite cause? Why didn't you say so sooner!

The point is, we are here to help.

For fixed-time events (drop-in classes, music shows, trivia nights, block parties, etc.) use our events calendar. (Tip: include Brooklyn, NY in the address.)

For more general announcements (birth announcements, lost or found pets or items, thank yous, awards, kickstarter campaigns, registration for a series of classes, new chef at your restaurant, etc.) use our announcement link. (Tip: if you can't find an approriate category, use social notes.)

Either way, include a photo for maximum visibility.
