Really, despite the name, this florist/gift store/skateboard shop is a fantastic flower shop. They also have such treats as hand-made cards, Liddabit candy bars and Dough & Batter heart butter cookies. They deliver, and will be open 9am-8pm on V-Day.

, 158 7th Ave. between Garfield and 1st, 718-768-9207

They've been around for 33 years and know what they're doing. They also sell orchids and small fountains and a few other gifts.

Barbara's Flower Shop 615 Nostrand Ave. at Bergen, 718-773-6644

This old-fashioned spot has been a flower shop since 1903 (and has been called Barbara's since 1972). They're only open until 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 1 p.m. on Saturdays, so call today if you plan to order.

DNY Natural Land, 322 Flatbush Ave. between Park and Sterling, 718-783-0038

This won't work for delivery, but if you're planning to pick-up, this grocery store is a good choice. They have an excellent flower selection, which they massively expand for Valentine's Day. We've been buying flowers there for more than a decade and have always found them to be high quality and fresh. Plus, they're right outside the 7th Avenue Q station, the flowers are reasonably priced, and they're open 24 hours.
