Man Shot Dead on Nostrand Avenue

The 31-year-old victim was shot multiple times near Pacific Street Friday night.

Police responded to a call on Friday, June 28 about a man shot on Nostrand Avenue at around 10 p.m., within the confines of the 77th Precinct.

According to police, when they arrived to the scene on the corner of Pacific Street and Nostrand Avenue at 10:04 p.m., they found a 31-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds—two bullets in his chest and one in his left arm.

EMS responded and transported the victim, Cecil Salley of Leonard Street, to Kings County Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Cops ruled the shooting as a homicide. There are no arrests yet. The investigation is ongoing.
