A gaggle of law enforcement officers are working overtime to keep people off the streets near the Barclays Center for the start of the VMAs, but street closures and unruly pedestrians are trying their best to cause problems.
"Unless you're a ticket holder, you can't get any farther," one pedestrian safety officer screamed on Flatbush Avenue. "This area is closed. Get out of the street."
While Flatbush Avenue has it rough, Atlantic Avenue so far seems relatively calm.
