Kentucky Derby 2013: Where to Watch in Prospect Heights

Just because we're in Brooklyn, doesn't mean we can't try on a little Southern gentility on Derby Day.

Why let the neighborhood's southern transplants have all the fun? With its fancy drinks, big hats, and old fashioned manners, the Kentucky Derby is a tradition worth adopting.

And while there are fantastic events across Brooklyn, there are also fantastic events  right in Prospect Heights.

Below are the events we've discovered. If you know of others, add them in the comments. And if you go, snap a photo and post it on our announcement board or e-mail it to prospectheightspatch.com and we'll put together a photo essay.
