Erin Bailey
Local chef and owner of La Pomme de Pin, Erin has over 15 years of culinary experience.  After graduating from the renowned Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, Erin continued her education through apprenticeships in some of the most acclaimed kitchens in the world, including Alice Waters' Chez Panisse, Berkeley, CA, Daniel Boulud's Daniel, NYC, and Neil Perry's Rockpool in Sydney Australia.  Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to Cornell University where she completed her Masters in Hospitality Management from the Hotel School.
Erin's preparations are pure, with respect for local, organic ingredients.  Inspired by her worldly experiences, her food is ethnically diverse, responsibly sourced and simply crafted to highlight the quality components to which she is committed.
