The Academy for Health Careers, a technical educational school that prepares students for jobs in the Health Care…More industry, opened its doors on Sept. 8, 2010. Only 9th graders currently attend the school, but with each passing year another grade level will be added, until the school offers grades 9 through 12. The school's current location on the corner of Underhill Avenue and Park Place is temporary, and in June of 2010 it may find a more permanent home elsewehre.
