Founded in 2001, Heart of Brooklyn is a non-profit partnership between the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, BrooklynMore Children’s Museum, Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Public Library, Prospect Park and Prospect Park Zoo. The organization is dedicated to promoting local tourism, bettering neighborhoods and increasing the visibility of local cultural and artistic institutions.
