Sorry, I'm not singling out the female and this is not a gender issue. Yes, yes, the guy being out and about and ALONE on the corner of Underhill Avenue and Bergen Street just before 2:30 a.m did not pull the smartest move, but he probably understood the risk and hence was prepared. As for our 31 yo female, this is not blaming the victim, it's about wising up to reality. She probably also walks along late nights wearing her headphones blasting, blissfully ignorant of her surroundings. Somebody that knows her, please sit her down and explain the facts before something worse happens! S'all I'm saying...
