Is there any follow up? There is a shocking lack of news on Edo Dove! And other Brooklyn kids thatRead More have vanished recently like Famod Konneh and Oscar Rubio? This is very troubling.

My condolences for the bicyclist, and his family. Not sure if Bloomberg and Sadia-Khan will makeRead More protected Bike Lanes for Eastern Parkway between Grand Army Plaza and Washington Avenue, before the Citi-Bike program goes in full launch next weekend.

With abduction issues rising up these days, parents should get an eye of their kids even when justRead More around the village or even to your teenage kids who loves to hang around town. My husband and I may be busy at work but we always make it a point that our 12-year old daughter gets the safety that she should have from us aside from the village cops. Luckily, I have read about a safety service that has been working perfectly for me and my family. What a relief this low life has been caught. But I am seriously concerned that he "lured"Read More his victims. Ladies need to be on alert at all times!!

Didn't they change the traffic signals/pedestrian crosswalks after Barclay's opened? It's aRead More dangerous intersection in quiet times - let alone in heavy traffic. I still can't get that poor man's image out of my mind - I passed no more than 10 feet from him lying in the street - both grizzly and heartbreaking. "ATTENTION must be paid" !!!!
Peg April 5, 2013 at 01:34 pm
Awful sad, scary. The intersection by the Barcleys Center is treacherous. It's super wide andRead More complicated and traffic speeds in all directions. I asked a cop there back in November about traffic not yielding to pedestrians; he said police were told not to ticket for that. Don't know if that was a post-Sandy thing and since changed.

The government should finally legalize this stuff and regulate it the same way alcohol is regulated.Read More Look at all the potential tax revenue in this photograph, which will simply be taken somewhere to be incinerated. What a waste—like burning hundred-dollar bills.

You can't believe the guy did this? I do..they are stupid. They go shopping, they bring their dog,Read More they go to the ban, they bring their dog so the fool wanted to go drinking? He took his son..They are idiots...

That my dear is an overreaction!!!!
landry April 2, 2013 at 02:33 pm
police states always have less crime.
Clifford Dagrosa April 2, 2013 at 12:54 pm
Installing an "Inspector General" is a guarantee to go back to a high crime rate in NewRead More York. This type of oversight saying the police are always wrong (just listen to the way the proposer of this talks) is a sure way to make the officers second and third guess all their actions worrying about will they be brought up on charges. We had the same things under Dinkins. In the end if you want to go back to a dangerous city elect a democrat.
