5 Things: Tea Ceremony, Bluegrass and Eclectic Rock

3. You need to get the kids out of the house. If you have a little one, head to the for at 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Grand Army Plaza, 0-18 months. Free. 4. You need to know if your train is running ... It is! There are no subway changes affecting Prospect Heights stations today, according to the MTA.

5. ... and if you have to move your car. Alternate side is in effect today. The next suspension is Monday, Sept. 3 for Labor Day, according to the NYCDOT.
