Come dive into your stillness. Expand and Unwind into your Dance. Start in Meditation, then explore the inner body via experiential anatomy, yoga, toning, and other healing practices.
On the First Friday of the month this class will transition into Shambhala Dance Hall (optional for class participants/included in the price).
