Oleg Kalugin, a retired Major General in the KGB, matched wits with the CIA as the longtime head of Soviet spies in America. Increasingly disillusioned with political corruption, he went public in 1990, just before the collapse of the Soviet empire, and exposed the intelligence agency’s shadowy methods. He will discuss his experience during the final years of the Soviet Union.
