The Panel for Educational Policy, NYC DoE's governing body, is holding a vote on the proposed phase-out of M.S. 571, and whether a charter school will come to the building, which it shares with P.S. 9.
The rally protesting the school closing and the charter school colocation will take place before the final vote on the proposal on Thursday, February 3 in front of Brooklyn Technical High School at 29 Fort Greene Place.
The rally starts at 4:30 p.m. The meeting starts at 6 p.m.
