Construction is slowly continuing on the Hello Living complex on Washington Avenue, a project that was slated to be completed in summer 2012, according to a sign on the construction site.
The building at 618 Washington features six floors and ten luxury condos, according to a worker, who said progress was coming along - albeit, "slowly."
