Here are the details on Tuesday's Presidential debate rematch.

The second debate between President Barack Obama and Gov. Mitt Romney is set for 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 16. This time, the two candidates will be meeting at Hofstra University on Long Island to take questions directly from voters in a more relaxed Town Hall-style format.

The matchup will be Obama and Romney's second-to-last opportunity to offer contrasting visions for America's future in front of a huge nationwide audience as the clock winds down to Election Day on Nov. 6.

Participants: President Barack Obama and Governor Mitt Romney
Moderator: Candy Crowley (CNN Chief Political Correspondent)

The second presidential debate will take the form of a town meeting, in which citizens will ask questions of the candidates on foreign and domestic issues. Candidates each will have two minutes to respond, and an additional minute for the moderator to facilitate a discussion. The town meeting participants will be undecided voters selected by the Gallup Organization.
