FASTrack Will Shut Down the 1,2,3 Lines Overnight this Week

The 4 and 5 will run local in Brooklyn during this time.

The 1, 2 and 3 lines  during overnights this week for the MTA’s FASTrack program, which aims to accomplish in a week the repairs and maintenance work that would normally take much longer.

Starting tonight and lasting until Friday, there will be no 1, 2 or 3 service from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m., between 34 St-Penn Station and Atlantic Avenue/South Ferry.

However, 4 and 5 service will pick up the slack for Brooklynites:

- Overnight 5 train service is extended into Manhattan and Brooklyn, making all normal 2 line stops between Atlantic Avenue and Flatbush Avenue.

- 4 trains will make all 3 train stops between Atlantic Avenue and New Lots Avenue.
