The New York City Department of Transportation has recently completed enhancements to street and bicycle networks around Grand Army Plaza, improving traffic and pedestrian safety and access around the plaza, and beautifying existing and new pedestrian islands. The Grand Army Plaza Coalition (GAPCo) is pleased to invite you to celebrate the recent enhancements to Grand Army Plaza on Monday, October 31, at noon, at the Bailey Fountain.
Department of Transportation Commissioner Janette Sadik-Khan will be present.
