Election Round-Up: Shake-Up at the Top

This was Bill de Blasio's week.

As the last four weeks of the primary election unfold, things will start to get messy in the five boroughs.

This week, we saw a lot of moving and shaking, and one very serious change in the mayoral campaign.

Bill de Blasio pulled into a lead in the Democratic Primary in one poll, topping former frontrunner Christine Quinn.

Meanwhile, Eliot Spitzer found himself at the head of the pack in the race for Comptroller, boasting a big lead over Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer.

It wasn't all good news for Spitzer though. A poll released Monday found that two -thirds of New Yorkers were embarrassed by his campaign and that of Anthony Weiner.
