Police Looking for Man who Sexually Assaulted a Woman Near BAM

Police are looking for a white man in his early 30s who attacked a woman Wednesday.

Police are looking for a man wanted for sexually assaulting a woman near the Brooklyn Academy of Music earlier this week.

On Wednesday, at about 1:30 a.m., a 25-year-old woman was walking near St. Felix Street and Hanson Place when a man grabbed her from behind and tried to rip off her clothing, police said. 

The woman screamed, and the man fled. The woman wasn't injured, cops said.

 The man is white, 30 to 35 years old, with a medium build and light hair. He was wearing a dark pea coat with a light-colored, button-down shirt, according to the police.
