Two Teens Shot on Lincoln Place

A 13-year-old was shot in the buttocks and a 14-year-old was shot in the arm on the street between Classon and Franklin.

A bicycle riding-man shot two boys in front of an apartment building on Lincoln Place between Classon and Franklin avenues on Monday, July 18, according to a police report.

Just before 4 p.m, the man rode up on a bike, shot a 13-year-old boy in the buttocks and a 14-year-old boy in the left arm and then abandoned the bike and ran off. 

Both teens said they have no idea who the man is, and no arrests have been made, police said.
