Two Shot After Night Out in Prospect Heights
A woman died and her boyfriend is in critical condition after they were shot in front of his apartment in Sheepshead Bay.
Two Brooklyn residents were shot and one was killed early Sunday morning near their home in Sheepshead Bay after spending the night at a Prospect Heights bar, according to published reports.
Ciera Glenn, 25, and her boyfriend, Tyree Shelton, were both shot on their way into Shelton's apartment. Witnesses told the Daily News that Glenn was shot repeatedly in the chest and died immediately. Shelton, who was shot in the face, managed to survive the incident and drive himself to Coney Island Hospital.
Police said Shelton is still in critical condition.

Glenn's sister, Trina Porter, told the Daily News that the couple had spent the evening at 95 South on Franklin Avenue between St. Johns and Lincloln Places.
Police said no arrests have been made.
