Man Wanted in Washington Avenue Bank Robbery
Police now have a photo of the suspect in the Dec. 30 hold-up at Capitol One.
The NYPD has just released a photo of the at 856 Washington Avenue on December 30, 2011.
The sunglasses-wearing thief, who worked alone, passed the teller a note, was given the cash and fled. He did not show a weapon or pretend to have one, police had said.
The NYPD believes that the same suspect had attempted to rob a Capital One Bank on Broadway in Williamsburg the previous day, but fled empty-handed.

According to police, the suspect is described as a black male, 20-39 years old, 5'7"-5'10", 250-260lbs. The suspect was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, black ski cap, a plaid scarf, a black pea coat, blue jeans and black sneakers.
