School Safety Officer Arrested for Gang Assault
Safety agent was charged with gang assault, harassment.
An NYPD school safety officer was arrested in the 77th Precinct, which covers Prospect Heights and Crown Heights, on Thursday, police said.
The officer, 39-year-old Natalie Rodriguez, was arrested and charged with gang assault, menacing, harassment and criminal possession of a weapon.
She was not on duty at the time of the arrest.
While she was arrested in the 77th Precinct, it was not clear immediately where she worked.
