Police Searching for Robbery Suspect

The NYPD is looking for a man wanted for a robbery committed in nearby Park Slope on Wednesday, Nov. 3.

The New York Police Department is seeking the public's assistance as they search for a man suspected of committing a robbery in Park Slope last week.

Around 2:45 on Wednesday, Nov. 3, a thief, described by police as a Black man between 40 and 50 years old, standing approximately 6-feet tall, and weighing 205 pounds, entered a store on 5th Avenue near the corner of St. Marks Avenue.

The man, who was brandishing a knife and wearing a blue baseball cap, black snorkel three-quarters length jacket, black jeans and black shoes, stole an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register and then fled the location in a green Ford F250, according to cops.
