Man Struck by Train at Atlantic Stop

He died after he was hit by a Manhattan-bound 4 train.

A man died at the Atlantic Avenue stop in Prospect Heights after he was struck by a subway train Thursday evening.

Police said the man was hit by a Manhattan-bound 4 train around 8:30 p.m. and died at the scene. The man has yet to be identified.

According to Notify NYC, law enforcement activities at the Atlanic Avenue stop have concluded, but residual delays on the 2, 3, 4 and 5 trains should be expected for the remainder of the night.
