Man Found Dead in Car With Multiple Gunshot Wounds

Victim found by police on Sunday afternoon.

A Brooklyn man was found with multiple gunshot wounds in a car on St. Mark's Avenue Sunday afternoon, according to police. 

The victim, identified as Emmanuel Capers, 49, of Crown Heights, was found in a car at 5:45 p.m. Sunday by police after a report came in of a man shot. Capers had multiple gunshot wounds in the chest. 

Emergency medical technicians responded and took Capers to Interfaith Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. No arrests have been made in the incident.
