A man was charged with public masturbation after two women said he ejaculated on them during the West Indian Labor Day Parade, according to police reports.
A 24-year-old woman said the man ejaculated on her leg while she was watching the parade at about 4:25 p.m. at Eastern Parkway and Classon Avenue.
About 15 minutes later, a 25-year-old woman said the same thing happened to her about at the same intersection.
Police arrested the suspected pervert, 43-year-old man, on Eastern Parkway and Washington Avenue at 4:50 p.m. and charged him with both incidents.
The man had a 6-year-old boy with him, police said.
