Flatbush Avenue Bus Accident Injures 2

A pair of passengers received minor injuries from flying glass after a B41 was hit by a van near Fifth Avenue.

Two passengers were taken to the hospital with minor injuries after a city bus was hit by a van on Flatbush Avenue Monday morning.

The southbound B41 bus was standing at the corner of Flatbush and Fifth avenues at about 11:15 a.m. when it was hit by a van trying to pass it, an MTA spokesman said.

The van's mirror hit the bus, breaking one of the buses's windows. Two people were taken to Brooklyn Hospital Center with cuts.
