Fire on Sterling Place
No injuries after spreads through brownstone's garden apartment this afternoon.
More than 60 firefighters fought a blaze in the ground floor of a Sterling Place brownstone this afternoon.
There were no injuries from the fire, which broke out just before 1:32 p.m. at 410 Sterling Place, between Underhill and Washington. The fire was under control by 1:52 p.m., an FDNY spokesman said.
