Three Sought in Subway Mugging

Police are seeking information on three suspects that allegedly robbed a woman at the Jay Street-Borough Hall Station in the 84th precinct at 6 p.m. Monday.

While on the southbound 'F' train, the first suspect reportedly stole the victim's cell phone from her hand while the second and third physically stopped her from keeping it, according to police. There were no injuries.

Party Gets Ugly

According to the New York Daily News, police responded to a block on Macon Street in Bed-Stuy around 1:30 a.m. Sunday, after dozens of residents in the area called in noise complaints to 311. 

Two men and one woman were charged with assaulting a police officer, while two other party-goers were charged with criminal mischief and resisting arrest.

Arrest Made in August Homicide

Police arrested a suspect in connection with a shooting in Bed-Stuy earlier this month, the Daily News reported.

The incident occurred on Aug. 3, when the suspect allegedly got into a fight with his victim on Hancock Street. When the victim turned to run, the suspect reportedly shot him in the back.

The victim, Paul Ridley, was reportedly taken to Kings County Hospital where he was declared dead.
