Three people were injured, one seriously, after two cars collided on Flatbush Avenue between the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Prospect Park.
The accident took place just before 12:52 p.m. Wednesday, an FDNY spokesman said.
A grey sedan hit a black SUV, causing the sedan to flip, landing on its side, according to the SUV's driver.
"He hit me. It was scary, I was in the car with my three kids," the woman said.
According to the SUV driver, nobody in her car was injured suggesting that the three injured were all in the grey sedan.
One was taken to Kings County Hospital in serious but stable condition while the other two received minor injuries and were treated by EMS workers, the FDNY spokesman said.
As firefighters and police inspected the scene, a cluster of people watched from the sidewalk.
One couple ran out from Prospect Park after hearing the crash.
"We heard a loud crunch," the man said. "It definitely sounded like a car accident."
