Welcome development or too much of a good thing?

Prospect Heights has seen a huge influx of restaurants touting a commitment to serving seasonal, local and organic food including , , , , Flatbush Farm, , and, most recently, and the soon-to-open Woodland.

But does Prospect Heights need so many farm-to-table eateries? And are all these places really committed to the locavore movement, or are some just paying lip service to a current trend?
