CAMPAIGN UPDATE: As you may know, Petition Season began this week for so many running in the 2013 Democratic Primary. This year is unique in that the number of signatures required to get on the ballot for city elective offices was decreased as a result of a package of proposals/questions generated by the 2010 Charter Revision Commission which was subsequently approved by voters. Ballot Access, Campaign Finance, Term Limits and several other issues were addressed by the Commission and you can read more here.
