- Young Rock Soccer Academy for children ages 4 to 16 begins again next Saturday August 10th and continues until November 3rd. Practice is held at Brooklyn Tech Field (510 Clermont Ave) every Saturday and Sunday morning from 8 - 10 a.m. The session fee is $300 for newcomers and $250 for returning players. - The New York City District Council of Carpenters Apprenticeship and Training Committee will conduct recruitment from August 19, 2013 through August 30, 2013 for Openings in the following Trades: linoleum, resilient, tile and carpet layer; dock builder/pile driver and carpenter apprentices.
