Brooklyn's own Kingsborough Community College has an urban farm in partnership with Project Eats. Anyone can register for (affordable) Continuing Education classes for spring and early summer. Classes include urban gardening, flower production, and small local food business, taught by some of the borough's foremost food & farming experts, including Nicole Taylor of foodculturist.com and Molly Culver of bkfarmyards.org
