Woman's Self-Defense seminar

In health care, they say prevention is better than a cure; it also holds

true for the protection of you're person. We simply do not have the

luxury to leave our safety in the hands of someone else.

You will learn how

to utilize momentum, leverage and skill against an attacker. The

seminar will start with a discussion on awareness and prevention
