The Windsor Trio, concert

Come enjoy an afternoon of Chamber Music presented by the talented Brooklyn-based Windsor Trio ~ Kelly Howard, violin; Mary Robb, cello; Keiko Asakawa-Golden, piano. Brooklyn-based artists Kelly Howard, well known as the Artistic Director of the Brooklyn Youth Music Project, Mary Robb, an instructor at City College (CUNY) and Columbia University, and Keiko Asakawa-Golden, accompanist for Park Slope’s Bella Voce Singers and Bay Ridge’s Lutheran Elementary School Choir, have been performing together as The Windsor Trio for four years. They bring experiences from all over the globe to their work together and are pleased to have found one another in the remarkably creative Brooklyn music community.  

Admission to this event is by a suggested donation of $10 pp.

The afternoon program includes:
Johan Halvorsen, Passacaglia  Duo for Violin and Cello  [After George Frederic Handel’s Suite in G Minor for Harpsichord]
Jean Françaix, Trio for violin, cello and piano (1986) 
Johannes Brahms, Trio No. 1 Opus 8
