Susana H. Case is a Professor and Program Coordinator at the New York Institute of Technology. Her photos have appeared in San Pedro River Review and Blue Hour Magazine, among others. Her Slapering Hol Press chapbook, The Scottish Café, was published in a dual-language version, Kawiarnia Szkocka, by Poland’s Opole University Press. She authored the books, Salem In Séance (WordTech Editions), Elvis Presley’s Hips & Mick Jagger’s Lips (Anaphora Literary Press), and Earth and Below (Anaphora Literary Press). 4 Rms w Vu is forthcoming from Mayapple Press.

B. K. Fischer is poetry editor at Boston Review. She is the author of two books of poems, the novel-in-verse Mutiny Gallery, which won the 2011 T. S. Eliot Prize from Truman State, and St. Rage’s Vault, which won the 2012 Washington Prize and was released by The Word Works in March 2013. Her poems have appeared in The Paris Review, The Hopkins Review, Ekphrasis, Southwest Review, Western Humanities Review, FIELD, Literary Mama, and other journals, and she is also the author of a critical study, Museum Mediations: Reframing Ekphrasis in Contemporary American Poetry (2006). She holds degrees in writing from Johns Hopkins and Columbia, and a Ph.D. in English from NYU. Fischer is co-editor of Slapering Hol Press and teaches at the Hudson Valley Writers’ Center in Sleepy Hollow, New York, where she lives with her husband and three children.
 
Lynn McGee's poems appear in current or recent issues of The American Poetry Review, The Southern Poetry Review, 2 Bridges Review, The Same, Hawai'i Review, Tilt-a-Whirl, Bluestem, Big City Lit, the Bijou Review, and The New Guard, where one poem was a finalist and one a semi-finalist in that magazine's Knightville contest judged by former U.S. Poet Laureate Donald Hall. She earned an MFA from Columbia University, and her chapbook, Bonanza, was published by Slapering Hol press.
