Falling into Balance

If you're wanting to get back to taking care of yourself after all the play and pleasures of summer, but find that overcrowded Yoga, Pilates and movement classes leave you feeling more stressed and brittle than supple and rejuvenated, check out Force and Flow's unique semi-private group format.

Force and Flow has been opening the doors of it's colorful and cozy brownstone studio on Dean St. since 2007, and is a treasured resource for neighborhood locals and discerning clients looking to strengthen, heal and learn in an intimate setting.

Ophra Wolf, owner of Force and Flow and your guide to creating an integrated and sustainable long-term approach to wellness, has woven her many years of training and experience into a 90-day program focused on what we'd all like a little more of in our lives - dynamic balance and flexible alignment, the kind that allow us to navigate the various orbits and relationships in our life with vitality and ease.

Falling into Balance, the 90-day semi-private Fall session, begins Tuesday, September 17 and gives a comprehensive toolkit for finding your personal sweet spot. Working with highly developed and personalized content in a group of no more than five, and with private time and special topic workshops like self-massage and partner stretching included, Ophra crafts a uniquely integrated and comprehensive approach to self-care.
