Youth Hurricane Relief Work Trip

Youth Hurricane Relief Work Trip Saturday January 12

There will be a youth volunteer trip to do hurricane relief work on Saturday, January 12, sponsored by Grace Church Brooklyn Heights, 254 Hicks Street.

Come join us! We'll be gutting houses that got flooded by Superstorm Sandy, which is actually a lot of fun! Transportation, tools, protective gear, and instructions will be provided. The trip is co-sponsored by William Suarez Sr., who has extensive contracting experience.  Older folks are welcome too!
For liability purposes, you must be 18 years or older. If you are 16 or 17, you may come if you are accompanied by a parent. If this is a problem for anyone, please let us know. Thanks, and please RSVP as soon as possible. Questions? Just email or call Mary-Powel Thomas, mpthomas2@yahoo.com or 718.858.5375. And please forward this to anyone else who might be interested.
