There will be two dinner seatings at 5:00 pm, and 7:00 pm (capacity for each seating 29) all serving a scrumptious three course pre-fixe meal by Elberta's new Executive Chef Kingsley John.
About the Chef- After a ripe journey in several of the world's best kitchens Kingsley brings his electric culinary passion to Elberta. Chef John has worked with renowned chef's such as Jerry Hayden, Marcus Samuelsson, Georges Blanc, and Charlie Trotter. He has been at the forefront of many successful openings such as Aquavit in Minneapolis, Oya in Washington DC, Jap Juluca Resort and Spa in the West Indies, and Ringo in NY.
