Costume-clad families from across the city will descend on BBG's Victorian wonderland to enjoy music and dance performances, hands-on workshops, larger-than-life puppets, and more! The day finishes with Brooklyn's best costume parade, where drummers from Maracatu NY lead festivalgoers with instruments and colossal puppets around the Garden.
