Let April Cantor of SoulShine Life guide you through a holiday themed yoga adventure for the whole family and provide you with tools to help you keep your cool and stay warm-hearted during what can be a very hurried and hectic time for families. Thanksgiving usually kicks off the holiday season, so start yours off on the right foot by setting intention and connecting with each other thru play & craft BEFORE it starts.
